First Fruits

Good morning. I love fall and right now it is apple season in Michigan so I thought that I would share this card with you. This is one of my favorite sets form Justrite Stamps. It's called 'Autumn Blessings Borders and Centers'.

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Autumn Blessings Borders and Centers by Justrite Stamps
Paper: Pure Poppy, Wild Wasabi, Georgia Pacific White, First Fruits Designer Paper by Papertrey Ink Stamps
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Distress Ink Antique Linen,
Accessories: Copic Markers, Spica Glitter Pens, Red Brads, Spellbinder Oval Nestabilities, Cuttlebug Leafy Branch Embossing Folder, Fiskars border punch and Stamping Dimensionals.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by today. I hope you a have a wonderful weekend.
Blessings,

Deb

I used R22, R29, R89 and a White Gel Pen for the apples and blended starting with the lightest color (R22) first then added R29 then blended where the colors meet with R22 and then added the R89 and blended where those colors meet with R29. After it dried for a couple of minutes I added the white hi-lite.

That is a stunning red on the apples. Is it just one marker or did you work your blending skills?
